The leaders of Vale of White Horse and South Oxfordshire DCs have backed the enlargement of unitary West Berkshire Council to include their areas.

Vale of White Horse leader Bethia Thomas said there were ‘strong demographic and economic similarities between the areas' and ‘deep historical connections'.
