Devo Bill amendments to protect councillors' addresses

Ministers have acted upon Conservative calls to table amendments to the Devo Bill so councillors' addresses do not have to be published.

Despite indicating they would not use the Bill, which returns to the Commons this week, to enact the change local government secretary Steve Reed has now proposed amendments.
