DCN name change pressure

The District Councils' Network (DCN) is coming under increasing internal pressure to move quickly to change its name to secure the future relevance of the organisation.

Chief executives and leaders were invited to three in-person regional workshops last month as the DCN looks to ‘evolve' amid impending local government reorganisation.
