Costain has been reappointed as Bradford Council’s strategic delivery partner, in a contract worth up to £5m with an initial run of two years.

The contract could be extended for two additional one-year phases.

Under the deal, Costain will provide project, programme and commercial management services for a portfolio of capital investment programmes worth around £250m.

This includes project lifecycle and feature business case assurance, transport planning, engineering design and design assurance, contract and commercial management, quantity surveying and social value consultancy.
