Calls grow to fast-track reorganisation in Kent

Ministers have been urged to bring forward their decision on local government reorganisation in Kent ‘without delay'.

The call comes after the Reform UK leader of Kent CC (KCC), Linden Kemkaran, refused to submit an expression of interest in establishing a foundation strategic authority, which would hold devolved powers over transport and skills.
