Acting chief executive to be made permanent

Broxbourne BC will appoint its current acting chief executive Jeff Stack as its next chief executive once the full council approves the choice on 10 December following a recommendation from the council’s employment panel.

Cllr Mark Mills-Bishop, panel chairman, said: ‘I am pleased to announce that the employment panel has voted unanimously to recommend that the council appoints Jeff Stack to the post of chief executive.’

Mr Stack was previously the council’s director of community services and has been acting chief executive since April’s departure of Mike Walker.
