EXCLUSIVE: Ministry admits disabled grant delay

Councils will not receive their 2025-26 Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) funding until late June, the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) has admitted.

The estimate is around a month after the 2024-25 funding allocation was paid last year.
