Call for devolution beyond England

The Government has faced a call to extend its English devolution agenda to Scotland.

Scotland and Wales have yet to benefit from what has been dubbed a ‘devolution revolution' in England by deputy prime minister Angela Rayner as she rolls out mayoral strategic authorities.
