Reform fends off attempt to overturn flag policy

An attempt to overturn Warwickshire CC's controversial flag policy has fallen at the first hurdle.

The council's scrutiny committee voted against proposals for a three-strong panel to decide on which flags should be flown in Warwick's market square.
