Ministers have told regulators at a round table meeting to ‘increase the pace of remediating unsafe buildings' after a major fire in Dagenham.
West Midlands mayor Richard Parker and deputy mayor of Greater Manchester Paul Dennett were among those who attended the meeting, along with key representatives from the Local Government Association and Building Safety Regulator.
