London Councils has confirmed Hammersmith and Fulham LBC leader Stephen Cowan as its new chair as well as announcing the group's executive committee.
Cllr Cowan will hold the portfolio of finance and devolution for the cross-party body, which represents all 32 London boroughs and the City of London Corporation, while the other portfolios have been shared out among the rest of the committee.
