Watchdog uncovers 'serious failings' in social housing

Gosport BC has received the lowest grading for its social housing after a regulator found ‘unacceptable failings' in its role as landlord.

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has issued the council with a C4 grade, meaning there are ‘very serious failings and fundamental changes are needed'.
