Reform councillor believed to have stood down following allegations

A Reform UK councillor is believed to have already resigned following his election last Thursday.

If confirmed Stuart Prior would become the first newly elected member to stand down following last week's local elections. He is understood to have resigned his seats for both Essex CC and Rochford DC having stood in both contests.
