Epping Forest DC sought an injunction banning the use of the Bell Hotel to accommodate asylum seekers for ‘political' rather than planning reasons, it has been claimed.

The Home Office and owners of the Epping hotel Somani are seeking to overturn the injunction in a hearing at the Court of Appeal today.
