High Court ruling worth 'millions' to councils

Sunderland City Council and Middlesbrough Council have fended off a legal challenge that could have cost millions of pounds.

The charity My Space Housing Solutions appealed against the councils' decision to reject applications for exemption from housing benefit caps at its supported housing schemes.
