Data Automation & AI Conference for Local Authorities image

A free Local Authority conference being hosted by Data Analytics specialists, Destin Solutions, later this month promises to shine the spotlight on how ground-breaking data optimisation and artificial intelligence solutions represent the future of Council revenue generation and minimising loss.

Local Authorities share their insights on technology advances being made

Basildon Borough Council will be talking about how advances in technology are providing exciting opportunities for Local Authorities to maximise revenue in a cost-effective way and how technology automation is a key part of this. They will be discussing their recent investments in solutions that automate the process of conducting property inspections and identifying properties not paying tax. Oldham Council will also be providing guidance on creating a coherent debt data strategy by leveraging data management tools that help automate elements of the collections process.

Artificial Intelligence being used in recovery and enforcement

Cutting edge technology will also be showcased by Dukes Bailiffs who will show how they are using artificial intelligence to help schedule, route and manage enforcement visits more effectively.

Sharing some of the results they are achieving using this technology, Dukes will highlight how the solution is helping agents to better identify vulnerability and providing more tangible insights into propensity to pay.

With over 25 Local Authorities registered to attend already, the event will be well represented by Revenues, Collections, Enforcement, Business Rates, Council Tax, Finance, Recovery and Customer Service practitioners, providing an ideal opportunity for networking and best practice insights to be shared.

Free to attend, limited availability

The conference, taking place at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground in Nottingham on Thursday November 16th is free to attend for Local Authority employees and will represent a key learning opportunity for new starters and team members.
