New offices for Leominster

Work has started on six office units for small and medium sized businesses at the Leominster Enterprise Park.

The development is the second to start at the Advantage West Midlands-owned site in recent weeks with many more businesses poised to sign up for premises at the 30 acre site.

The latest units are being constructed by developers Tenzing of Shrewsbury who are building a range of office units in sizes ranging from 1450 sq ft with freehold prices starting at £165,000. The units in phase one of Tenzing’s “Leominster Business Plaza” will be ready for occupation by Spring 2007.

Ten business units are already being constructed by Lancroft Developments Limited and will be ready for occupation by October. Two of the units have already been snapped up by local businesses including a sign-writing business called Sign-Rite Ltd.

Lancroft will shortly be releasing a new office development at the gateway to the site. Construction is also underway on a state-of-the-art police station at the Enterprise Park.
