From the editor…
RDA News is the only specialist monthly title to look exclusively at the work of the regional development agencies across England and at regional economic development.
Each issue covers the news from the previous month and flags up major forthcoming news. Each issue also devotes a page to each of the nine RDAs, examining their work, any grants allocated and new developments agreed or launched. In addition subscribers also have access to our regularly updated website which is available only to subscribers of RDA News.

In the current issue...
East of England RDA has commissioned research on the experience of migrants from Eastern Europe coming to the region to work, the Northern Way is consulting on its £6m policy and research programme for 2008-2011, while Dermott Calpin looks at how the public sector is overtaking the private secxtor in attracting graudates in the regions. Features include a study on the impact of tran route extensions in the Midlands on jobs and the growing appetite for more regional financial autonomy.
