MJ Awards 2010

The best local authority in the UK has been officially confirmed as Plymouth City Council.

The council won local government’s top award, The MJ Best Achieving Council of the Year, at a gala evening at London’s Hilton Hotel, Park Lane on 24 June 2010.

The awards were hosted by politician-turned-broadcaster Michael Portillo.
