Council leaders in Hertfordshire have insisted they remain united over devolution despite presenting the Government with a range of options for reorganisation.
Ahead of this week's launch at Westminster of an economic strategy for the county, Hertfordshire CC leader Steve Jarvis wrote to local government minister Miatta Fahnbulleh, urging the Government to back a county strategic authority in 2027 and a mayoral authority one year later.
